Djp5690
… which are minimal but hopefully growing! Some of these I think I know. Be kind, but correct me if I’m wrong! Some of them I have no clue!!!! I guess I play by eBay rules: EVERY marble is a Christiansen Master King, and anything even close to red is ox blood. 😂 I believe I know the circled marbles! To the right, I believe to be marble King bumblebees , to the left, MK Boy Scouts. The others with similar colors have me a little lost. Heck, even the ones I “know”, I’m not sure of! onto them You can see that light passes through the marble on the right, not at all on the left. The marble on the right has a bluish green clear base. The one on the right, looks black, and is opaque, but I have something telling me it’s not black I hope that’s enough information for those two. Moving on to the yellow and blue marbles. first marble is the one that has what it looks like the tip of a canoe. That’s what end of the stripe it does not go completely around the marble. You cana totalof the pics. The last one is the marble with the red piping inside the yellow ’ll put thanks right here. Thank you so much for looking and trying and helping me. I really appreciate it. once again, if you made it this far thank you so much! I’m just giving into marbles, and can use all the help I can get. It’s a super hobby, but I find it more difficult to identify the marbles than I do mushrooms(one of my other hobbies). In fact, in some cases, there are a lot more difficult.
Ric
You are really close with the MK "Boy Scouts", most folks call them Cub Scouts, since blue and yellow are the dominant colors of their uniforms, and the bit of orange on the one is not too unusual. Making making machine made marbles is not exactly a precision process and having a bit of extra color is not uncommon, especially with MK. The black/yellow/white ones look modern and foreign to me, maybe Mexican or Asian. I can't really see much of the green/yellow/black one - it might help if we could see the ends of the ribbons.

I agree with Ric, The last images may show some Vacor "Black Panther "Tweeners". This is bound to happen during a change over of glass colors. The Chinese makers have been copying Vacors for years now. Here is a link to alibaba—the Chinese version of amazon—just search marbles and be surprised. https://www.alibaba.com/ Marble--On!

I’m pretty sure every marble in those “beginners collections” on eBay came from here. I had a feeling there was a lot of unbranded glass. In my experience, no one fools me but me. I will take all of the credit for any bad purchases that I ever made, and I have made plenty. Research is the key and it always has been.
