Fire1981
I have European Sparklers with orange peel and seedy surface glass. Same goes for Vacors. Was and is this intentional and could be associated with cold rollers or base glass formulas. Any ideas 🔥 RAR

The larger the marble more likely the orange peel in my experience--even with Vacor. Pelt had orange peel on a few black based marbles, as did a few others. some companies just have or had higher standards. I have yet to see an Akro with orange peel but I am sure that there are some out there. Masters have not appeared in my home with orange peel and I cannot recall any Vitro either. In my judgement--it was due to the temp of the glass vs the temp of the rollers. David McCullough would be the one to give you the best answer. Give him a try--what the heck? Marble--On!!
