Allies marble
I have inherited a collection and I'm starting my marble journey... any help is appreciated! I don't have a measurement tool yet... but it is about an inch wide. The collection came from a German great grandfather.. he would have been playing age in the early 1930s ... Thanks so much!
Fire1981
It's not from the 30's. Maybe 50-60's. We'll see what others have to say🔥 RAR
YasudaCollector
Hmm, this looks like a type of Cat's eye marble. Not sure of the manufacturer though. It does look a little later than 1930s. American companies made a lot of Cat's eyes starting in the mid-1950s.

This marble--whatever it is--maybe an American cats eye--has been polished. It may have been someone practicing with their new toy, a polishing macine. The sheen is wrong and notice the little white specs that are leftovers from the polishing compound. Just mho--- Marble—On!!
