I had one example and put it with the Bengal Tigers thinking it might be an unusual design for a tiger but apparently this might be a whole different line. I got two more today out of a Hobby Lobby net bag. Does it have a name? I did but the orange on all three are just about the same size as the black. All the other Black Panthers I have are very much mostly black and one small colored side is even larger than the other colored side. However, these marbles have patches, which sets them apart from the usual Bengal Tiger design. The variation of the Vacor "Black Panther" marbles. Black Panther marbles are generally predominantly black with small colored patches, but these marbles have a more balanced color distribution between orange and black patches. Given this unique design, it could be a new variant or an unusual design in the Black Panther line using Bengal colors.
