Parmcat
I've been so focused on my clays, I've neglected so other cool looking things. I have about 8 of these, all similar. Alleys?
Ric
I think that is an Asian marble, often referred to as an Imperial - pretty nice one too.
akroorka
Not an Alley, Alley Agate made swirls and this one has two opposing cut marks that push it more into the patch type range. I believe that you have a Marble sold by "Imperial". Imperial was/is? a company on the west coast that sold a variety of toys including marbles. They pruchase their product and renamed them and sold them as "Imperials" The marbles that they purchased were from a wide variety of countries--mostely from Asian countries but a few packages list Mexico as a supplier. Yours looks Asian to me and having eight of them makes me think I am on the right track. I cannot remember seeing this individual marble before. It is pretty cool. Marble--On!!

Thank you again for your explanation. I just made an assumption, because these were with all the clays I bought, so thought they were better then Imperial
