Contemporary Shooter? (Toe Breaker)

This shooter was included with a lot of known, vintage marbles.  Is this a contemporary marble, or something else?  It's pretty cool looking either way

Contemporary imho. Look for any signs of a signature.

I would also agree, Contemporary, and cool one at that. Like Art suggested, look for a signature, they are typically at one of the poles, but check the entire surface.

One thing I like about artists signing their contemporary marbles is that it gives a clue as to which side of the marble that the artist considered as 'up'  In my mind, it seems the artist would sign the bottom of the marble so as not to be displayed.
