I considered a Yasuda, but I haven't seen this colour

@Parmcat, yours looks a Japanese transitiona/ .

I thought of finding an exact color/size match, but it was difficult.

My smallest in a dark blue–white combination happened to be 15 mm (about 0.59 inch).

 

They are the smallest of what I got, at 12 mm (0.472 inch). Local finds.
