I think that you have one here. It could have been made during a switch in color combos--these were commonly tossed aside between runs. I have a huge imagination but this one has some of the "wipsy white" that I would associate with the "Popeyes'. I wonder what went on with this one? It is not a Popeye---- Nice keep and share.
