At first was hoping these were Kokomo

Some of these do have a lipstick colored patch and another colored patch, some have two different colored patches but they have a white base. They do have an unusual sheen, that might be taken for a sort of opalescent appearance and are not as large as the usual 5/8th players as a whole. They DO NOT glow under UV however which I think Kokomo do, especially the white.

So what are these? A couple have what appears to be a pair of lips.

Imperial was a buyer of many things that included marbles from all over the world.
A "jobber" ( reseller) of many things. 
Imperial never made marbles, they just purchased them in mega lots and resold them under their name.
I agree with Imperials here.
