2 Pelt 'Pandas'?

Recommended Posts

They are both 39/64 (.60) inch with no UV. In the one on the left, what appears to be black glass in hand is actually green transparent when backlit (see pic). But the 2 poles are a not quite opaque black. So it appears to be black and white on a transparent green base. The one on the right is actually a clear base with purple tinges in it when backlit. (See the last 2 pics.)

Definitely a sweet mib! So just for my own reference, That one is a blue panda, and a plain panda is a black base? And what beyond the color makes them both pandas? I get confused when the animals change colors- there are blue pandas, red zebras, etc. What other than the color puts them in the same family? (That may be a bigger question than can be answered here. But it confuses me.)
