Pelt 'Blue Colorado'?

After reading the forums and watching Stephen Bahr's videos, I know they are rare and I'm not sure this one qualifies. The base glass is definitely clear, with white and blue- but to my eye the third  color is more red than orange. (As I understand it, Blue Colorado's are white, blue, and orange on a clear base glass and can be either MCS or MCR.) It's 21/32 (.65) inches with no UV. My pictures don't do it justice- I tried in  many times in many lights. I think I need a super bright light and a better camera to accurately capture how it looks. I'll post another similar one I have too.
