Rough edges or smoothe, looks like smoothe edges from here, perhaps an as made collapsed gas bubble (weird shape for a gas bubble though ??)  Popeyes generally don't have blowholes like pelts. Never had a Popeye W a imperfection in it myself that wasn't a hit ?? Guess we'll see what others have to say, maybe should get  @akroorka  in on this one.

This one may have a glancing blow from a "Steelie".

Or maybe someone bounced it on the basement floor during the winter months.

Thanks. I let it alone. It actually sold for about 100. I was somewhat surprised.
