It says incomplete and at some point around page 447 it skips to somewhere in the 500s, so I imagine there are other gaps throughout.
Contains depositions with terrific descriptions of marble making, etc. PDF is attached. Images are just sample excerpts.
Edit: I have also included a separate document containing plaintiff exhibits in color. Hopefully more such documents will surface. These documents are from the University of Illinois-Urbana and scanned by Google, so it's possible the university has others.

BT was an amazing Marble Guru. He shared pics of VVVVHTF marbles. I’m not kidding. He also made marbles. Does anyone know if he’s still with us🔥
RAR
I found this on Facebook:
Think he had a website way back when. I saved some pictures from it. Can't remember what it was called though so I can't look it up on the Internet Archive.
EDIT: Apparently rumors of Bill Tow's death have been greatly exaggerated.

The Mojo Elvis one is perfect. That seems like a marble Elvis would dig.

Locking this thread as it has wandered off topic into the squabble zone, but we do have a Squabble Zone area if someone wants to start a new thread there.

@bumblebee are there any profile pic uploading issues which have come to your attention? Or any tech advice?
William, I haven't learned much about editing photos on phones. Maybe someone else will see this and have helpful advice.
But in the meantime if you want to post the image here or message me then I can get it to your profile.
The max dimensions were 200px, but max size 100kb. So it's probable the maximum dimension issue. I upped that to 300px to see if that helps. @William

First show I ever went to. Sure miss it but I'm in -20 degrees in Montana now where marbles are scarcer than sunlight. 😆

His link is safe but his SSL security certificate expired and is no longer valid. He needs to renew it and install the new one.

‘Twas the week before Christmas and all was quite calm, I got a cool package. Is it from Mom. I in my blue jeans just sitting alone hear footsteps out front, I think it’s a gnome. He came with the flash. He must’ve been busy. I don’t see his reindeer. What is he crazy? Suddenly I see him his sleigh is all white. I’m really surprised it’s not even night. His clothes were all blue and he carried a bag. No toys did I see not even a hat? He said, not a word as he went door-to-door, and nothing about him was really that fat. Soon he was finished he jumped in his sleigh four cylinder started and off on his way. As he drove down the street I heard only this, “Have fun with the marbles shoot straight and don’t miss”.
Hah! 🤣
Glad they made it despite delays caused by the Abominable Snow Man.
Merry Christmas! 🎄

Well I didn’t have the mic when I found this little guy and I really thought it would be a .500 peewee. Measured out at .524. Still a great score for me. Look how small .024 is. Funny thing is my thumbnail is .024 LOL.
Nice. I found one that size, a white with some lutz, but pretty banged up. Still, peewees are utterly charming. I keep meaning to craft my own miniature peewee brag box some day.

I put the five names in a box and my daughter drew the winner this morning...
Congratulations to @B-rett66, you win all the marbles!

Thought the same, and how lucky we are that folk were so litigious because we get these great depositions with raw history!
