  1. Amazing! Well... 来年はうさぎ年になるのでうさぎの帽子を用意しました。もしミーミーが自分で被ったら 可愛いと思います。この動画はそんな思いで逆再生で編集したものです。 Bing says it means: So next year would be in the year of the rabbit prepared rabbit hat. I think if Mimi vampires in their cute. This video is edited in reverse in such a thought.
  2. Actually I had that wrong. It was the dog who attacked the cat. The cat totally had its arse covered in the eyes of the law. It could plead that it was innocently just teasing the dog, when the dog suddenly viciously attacked, leaving the cat no alternative but to defend itself. Or, it could say that it was actually stalking a mouse and didn't even see the dog until it attacked for no reason at all.

  6. Complete vs Finished No English dictionary has been able to adequately explain the difference between these two words. In a recently held linguistic competition held in London and attended by supposedly the best in the world, Samdar Balgobin, a Guyanese man, was the clear winner with a standing ovation which lasted over 5 minutes. The final question was: How do you explain the difference between COMPLETE and FINISHED in a way that is easy to understand? Some people say there is NO difference between COMPLETE and FINISHED. Here is his astute answer. When you marry the right woman, you are COMPLETE. When you marry the wrong woman, you are FINISHED, and when the right one catches you with the wrong one, you are COMPLETELY FINISHED!! He won a trip to travel the world in style and a case of 25 year old Scotch.
  7. Also beady eyes and very bad manners, opening their stinky mouths to hiss and bare their thousand sharp teeth.
  8. I've never seen another one like it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-BIG-ANTIQUE-GERMAN-DEEPLY-LOBED-EOD-ONIONSKIN-MARBLE-w-MICA-2-1-8-2-111-/380895933411?pt=Marbles&hash=item58af2ab3e3
  9. Why are there so many of them compared to other colors? At least it seems that way. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Akro-Agate-Corckscre-Auger-Snake-Marble-5-8-/121330777529?pt=Marbles&hash=item1c3fe0bdb9
  10. Still about $375 too high (exorbitant s/h taken into account) and he still hasn't caught on. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-German-1-1-8-Onionskin-Primo-Last-Lowest-Start-Price-/281290174714?pt=Marbles&hash=item417e3370fa
  11. The second email, I didn't click on the link in the email. I copied the URL location from the email, then pasted it into the URL box in the browser. The first email, I wasn't thinking and when I saw the sender name, I naturally was curious.
  12. I got an email that had "Alan Basinet" in the sender box, but I couldn't verify the actual email address. When I imprudently clicked on the link in the email, it went to a link about Ellen Degeneres and how young she still looks. The next day I got another email from someone who may or may not have been the same sender, and that link went to a website reported as being fraudulent. I didn't investigate any further.
  13. What makes those Peltier? I would guess most to be Akro. The only one that definitely looks Pelt to me is top row, second from left.
  14. That last one makes up for all the others.

  18. I had an MK Golden Boy that had an opalescent base. That could be a requirement in order for it to be a Golden Boy, for all I know. I may have gotten as much as $15 to $18 for both of these, including shipping. http://www.mibcollectors.com/view_lot.php?marble_lot_id=7570&back_link=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mibcollectors.com%2Fprofiles%2Fmember_info.php%3Fview_member_id%3D38118%26keyword%3Dmk%2Bgolden%2Bboy%26keyword_refinement%3D2%26exclude_keywords%3D%26photos_only%3D%26individual%3D%26condition_start%3D%26condition_end%3D%26size_start%3D%26size_end%3D%26price_start%3D%26price_end%3D%26status%3D%26orderby%3D10%26offset%3D%26quicksearch%3Dmk%2Bgolden%2Bboy%26limit_member_id%3D%26searching%3D1%26limit_marble_collection_id%3D%26submitted%3D1&back_link_description=

  20. I asked about this marble a long time ago on this forum and I thought I understood that it was a Ravenswood Oxblood, but if there are none of those, then it must be an Alley Ox, right? It is 21/32" and not out of round.
