  1. It’s a killer Alley🔥 RAR
  2. 100X with Alan🔥 RAR
  3. Cairo did. It was a factory just like Peltier,Akro ,Alley,Vitro,MK,Vacor,RW and many more🔥 RAR
  4. I have to say no. They are common examples of several makers. $10 group. Let’s see what others think🔥 RAR
  5. I don’t believe this is a Brushed Patch. The patches on you marble are on the surface glass but are also below the surface glass. A brushed patch is only on the surface glass. It’s called a Brushed Patch because the patch looks like it has been applied with a paint brush🔥 RAR
  6. Those are dangerous knock off Guineas. It’s a bummer seeing someone fall for them. The other one is the Vacor Serpent that can look like a Pelt Superman🔥 RAR
  7. Looks like an Auger to me🔥 RAR
  8. Tapped the Moons off the surface glass and burnished it with fine 1000 grind black sand paper and a sanding sponge for sanding and smoothing out dry wall spackle. Fun Zen therapy when sh!t went sideways in my life. I worked on it for at least 3 or 4 months. It’s a honk’n 2 and 5/8 buster. I just thought I’d post these🔥 RAR
  9. These are examples for the Newbies. I got this group for $100 in the early EBay days. I was curious if they could be polished because I couldn’t tell what they looked like unless they were in a jar of water. I did some research and found Leroy Johnson in York Nebraska and dropped these off and got to see his polishing machines. He also turned me on to the marble Boards. He was the man!!!! So he polished this group and I learned a lot from him. Here are the examples of marbles I couldn’t even see what was in the Matrix. The thing that is lost in having a hand made polished is the texture of the pontils. He said he’d do his best but it will open up the marble and the pontils will be smooth. I was lucky to have a lot of different examples of hand mades. I just thought I’d post these showing what they looked like when the pontils are smooth and gone.🔥 RAR
  10. Heads up Newbies…..buy a loupe and don’t get ripped off buying a nice looking marble that’s been polished 🔥 RAR
  11. One last thing. Loupes are awesome when it comes to determining if a marble has been polished. The surface glass will be really smooth. The seams and pontils will be smooth and lose their texture as well. The last thing are the Flea Bites. They will have a sharp edge around them and not have the irregularities around the edges that represent the impact that caused the chip🔥 RAR
  12. Whatta ya know? I got one right🔥 RAR
  13. I love Space Junk🔥 RAR
  14. Not a Mushroom. It’s killer single ribbon Rainbo with a nice twist🔥 RAR
  15. Well good for you guys. I could care less about your negative responses about loupes and what Chuck said.I’m more curious and have fun looking in the Matrix and seeing what’s in there. I like looking at the Lash’s. It was really cool seeing AV on some of the Banana Pelt Cats Eyes I have.If you’re going to buy a Sparkler for $50.00 or more I think you would want to know it doesn’t have any anneal fractures. I can go on and on about the fun you can have with a loupe but I’m going to leave it that. If you want to have fun with a loupe buy one. If not then don’t buy one.🔥 Art. Close and lock this thread down RAR
  16. Swing and a miss 🔥 RAR
  17. Nice Alley 🔥 RAR
  18. Again….you do have a lot of Foreign marbles🔥 RAR
