That's good to know. Thanks Ron!

It's clear. I held up to an incandescent lightbulb and the light shines through right where you thought it would.

Thank you Ron. I'll put with my West Virginia swirls.

I've looked at through a jewelers loop and I've shined a light on it and it appears solid.

Dark color.

As always guys, thank you so much for your help!

Thanks Ron. The dark lines line give it a "baseball" look and I guess that was clouding my judgement. Looking at examples of Tiger Eye Type 2 some of them have the dark lines as well. So is this a variation of a Tiger Eye?

Thanks Steph! It's a keeper for sure! It measures19/32 if that is helpful.

I know that West Virginia swirls can be tough to nail down. I've seen similar examples identified as Alley and Heaton. Any thoughts about this one?

Thoughts about this one? I've seen other people online call them Jacksons but from what I understand Jackson Marbles are extremely rare. I've seen other folks call them Christensen.

Not the greatest color combination but I'm curious about the maker. These came from a lot with a little bit of everything but mostly Vitros and Jabos. I know that Jabos are mostly swirls, but these really have me guessing. Thoughts?

Thank Ron! I'll keep hunting. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

It starts out like a corkscrew and the orange band never crosses itself, but the ends are close to one another. It almost like a cork gone wrong. Does that ever happen? Here's another photo. Thanks Ron

I was pretty sure it was going to be modern. Thanks Steph.
