  1. This one was covered with oily soot when I started. Underneath the crud I found this lovely swirl. Any thoughts about the maker?
  2. It does seem a little light to be oxblood, especially the bottom one. Thanks Steph.
  3. Found these 3 patches in a huge jar with mostly All Reds. Normally when I see oxblood I think Akro but the striations and seams make me think Vitro. Am I being unduly influenced by the other marbles in the lot?
  4. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then....😀 Thanks Steph!
  5. I found this one at the flea market this morning. My first thought is Akro but given my ID track record of late I thought I'd get check with the experts. Thoughts?
  6. Thanks guys. That's what I figured.
  7. Are these Vitro Eight Fingers or something newer. I'm leaning toward newer.
  8. Thanks Steph! I'm going to have to take a closer look at my Cats Eyes!
  9. I don't know a whole lot about Cats Eyes but this one is gorgeous! The color reminds me of smoked salmon. Does anyone know anything about this one?
  10. Marble King Blended Spiderman or something else?
  11. Thoughts about this blue & brown swirl?
  12. From the seams I'm thing Mable King Rainbows. Does this color combo have a special name?
  13. This group came out of a lot with a several West Virginia swirls. There are the oddballs. Thoughts?
  14. I'm thinking the one on the left is Vitro but I really can't say why (saw something similar maybe). The one on the right I'm thinking Akro because of the long seams.
  15. When I put them together I thought they were all patches but know I'm not so sure. Looks to me like the first marble may be a West Virginia swirl with all of the blue swirls on one side. The white based pee wees are they Peerless Patches? The other 2 I'm not even sure which color is the base. Pee wees measure about 15/32". Thoughts on this group?
  16. Hmmm🤔 Looks like I have some studying to do on my patches. Thanks Steph...
  17. Thank you Ron. It's a beautiful marble. It's a shame it's so far gone. I'll keep hunting!
  18. You nailed the Anacortes...I found similar examples online. Now that you've pointed it out the seams on the 2nd one look a Royal Patch you helped me identify before so that makes it a Tri-Color. So I had the one below with my Masters but now I'm thinking it's a Tri-color too.
  19. I'm thinking that both of these are Vitro. The one on the right is a Trilite I think. The one on the left is particularly puzzling and I don't even have an educated guess. They both came out of a box with mostly Vitro so that may be influencing my thinking. Thoughts?
