We call them "Meteors" here in the Netherlands 1970 / 1980 Have loads of these a played with these at school when i was 8 years old

I think its a Peltier judging by the look of the 2 stripes on one side of the equator and they line up to the other half , my guess is then Peltier , and the other side... Ally idd ... marbles marbles marbles 🤹‍♂️🤔🤯
