What Cheese says X2 for sure. Enjoy the ride, we all went from a Model A to more advanced model and all of us enjoyed the transition to the current position that we all hold. All of us learn here everday--that is the trip down Highway 66 ( collecting marbles)--no end--just a beginning and quite a nice ride! Marble--On!!

You have a Peltier "Superman" there" imho. Pretty cool findl! Nice big size as well. I look at the damage, construction and wear on the marble and this convinces me. Nice find for sure regardless of the condition. Vacor "Serpents" can fool some of the very best--this was a good ask for sure. Pleeease do not get this one polished---. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. Marble--On!!

Patch types and Patch and Ribbon types are not always an easy ID given the amount of them made over the years. This is what you show here. I would venture a guess at a mix of Vitro and Jabo in your mix—all are later versions that were production marbles made for mass market sales. No “Special Runs” here imho. The first one has great eye appeal for sure. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more on this bunch. Size always matters—nice images! Marble—On!!

I will set it a bit straighter davesnotthere. Imperial was a company on the west coast of the USA. They did not manufacture marbles but they did buy marbles and repackage them for sales. They are a newer age “Jobber” of marbles amongst other things. Just do a quick search of “Imperial marbles” on the E-bay and look for the labels that include the country of manufacture. Look up quite a few and be surprised. Try a look at “Ali Baba”—the Chinese Amazon and look at what you can find. Vacor is not out of the realm of “Imperial” purchases even if they are not listed on any labels because Vacor sold and still sells many marbles to many Asian countries. They may have been purchased and resold by a variety of nations abroad. The Chinese have copied many Vacor designs as well. Marble—On!!

I agree--Great ID @Nantucketdink!! Marble--On!!

I have had plenty of bank bags pass trough my fingers over the years--all filled with marbles--no cash. Last Christmas I asked the wife if we should pour a change jar into one for the "White Elephant" swap as a present. What a hit it was--great fun! Marble--On!!

It worked for me--looks like my back yard a few years back--🤩. Marble--On!!

If you meant "maker" with the pouch Joe2--nope. Just a common pouch, really common. The "Flower frog"--well it is a nice one--- hard to determine a maker. Marble--On!!

I am looking forward to seeing it. Good Stuff, for sure!! Is it just me --- or you do you need to eat a few more Bratwurst. The best come from Wisconsin no doubt. If I could ship some I would. You have dropped a few pounds, you need your strength when carring all that weight of marbles around. Marble--On My friend!

Good Job Steph! Simple is the best way for sure. Sweet peppers and fresh off the the vine Tomatoes are will blow you away taste wise. Rabbits are the culprits here in WI right now, they are peaking in the cycle that they follow. Thet do not go to waste here--the Rabbits, they feed many baby Crows and Vultures--after I am done with them. I just love a good Crow or Vuture picking up after me and the bad things that must be done.

Jabo is not the only company with little oven brick parts inculded--all companies ran the macine or the kiln until they died. It may not even be oven brick but parts of the funnel--etc. It is still a nice find with the bits included. Marble--On!!

I will call this one a Pelt until @Fire1981 straightens me out. It is just too nicely finished to be a MK imho. Nice find! Marble--On!! -
When marbles like this ID get real tuff to figure out I always look at the damage that the marble has suffered—this is old well cooked glass imho. The glass looks like it came from a recipe vs cullet—imho. In my humble opinion, given the damage, the colors and the pattern with a double tongue—I would go with my first impression and sort it as a CAC. @cheese and @Chad G. know this stuff as well as any and I will call them out to tell the tale for a final eval. Regardless of the ID, this one is a nice one! Thanks for sharing it. Marble—On!!

I think that @William is right on! Marble--On!!

I think that @cheese has a good ID here. Ravenswood imho. Nice find! Marble--On!!

I think that you have a mix here—they may all be dug Akro. I agree with @Steph that the darker red ones may be from Master—Master made vs Master Marble—early ones. They may also be throwaways from an Akro “Cornelian” run if there is any white involved, these are also semi translucent. The other ones exhibit what I may call traits of Akro “Flinties”. The little eyes on the poles point me there. They should all be semi-translucent when backlit hard and even with a bright light. The “Crow” thing is not evident—yet. “Crows” were all dug marbles as far as my mind can go back with them. Some showed a “Crow” and many did not. More images are needed of the cut-lines for sure. Nice marbles—luv-em. Marble—On!!

@Chad G. is the go to here and I will call him out on this one. I would guess at a "Josephs Coat" myself--but this is not my area of expertise. Marble--On!!

Finding a cool Vacor in this day and age is--well, pretty cool. I would set this one on the top shelf--nice marble! Marble--On!!

I love you like a brother Mojo--nice response! Marble--On!!

Not UV--not a Vitro but an Akro--imho. If that is green and not UV reaction---I give up for a minute--or two. Marble--On!!

I agree with Jabo—Classic—or a production marble—not a special run. Size? It always matters—the size—if this is a big one it is stellar, most are covered in little white hit marks when they are around the one inch size. Marble—On!!

I agree--cut-marks are not always the thing. Pelt-Rainbo imho. Marble--On!!

I agree--nice finds for sure! Marble--On!!

This is a very nice revival of an older post--I just love this stuff! I will call out @Mojo to add a few here too. Marble--On!!
