Seem to be getting quite a few mint to near mint, but a lot I can't ID. Left is .60. Can peer into the marble on the red swirls, probably WVS? Middle mib not round, .60 to .62. Is Pelt like but not sure. Right at .61 to.63?
-
Thanks again guys every tip gets me a little further along.
-
Thanks Carowill, in looking at the middle one I now see what i missed. It does indeed look like a cork. And thanks Akrooka for verifying that is so.
-
Thanks Akroora, Still trying to wrap my head around the red, white and blue mib as being Champion. Any clues you can give me?
-
More like an Akro Royal. Not a Hero.
-
On the left hoping for Peltier NLR Liberty at .66. Middle unusual Pelt if it is one at .61, really no clue. On right at .71 thinking Akro Hero or Experimental or Pelt PP.
-
The first two are definitely Pelts, probably rainbos, but does the first or second have a another name? Not sure if the one on the right is a Pelt.

Some ideas but nothing definitive for me. Nice cut lines on the right, but colors not familiar. Left to right .69, .63, .64.

Getting lots of help for new finds, thanks all. These are some of the better ones I'm getting to. 1st on left is a Akro Cork, but is it a Popeye. Not round measures .68 to .70. The middle one is .57 and I have no clue. The one on the right looks very Vitro to me. Measures .61 and UV turns the white into yellow while the green is trans parent wile the orange and white is opaque.

Thanks guys!

At the bottom of the box I got last week was a very small old beat-up cellophane unopened bag with what looked like six of these type of marbles and a small folded up piece of paper. I didn't want to open it if it was to be some CAC's or the like, but I decided to and glad I did. The six were pristine and beautiful marbles measuring .55. I finally got the piece of paper open and it only said made in Mexico. Now I know a lot of these type of marbles floating around were made in Mexico.

Thanks Chad. The white one I have does not glow orange under light. I am looking at what you sent me and will see if I can make it work for me. I don't see any fish eyes on the ones in the photos. I think this is a very subjective part of a subjective area of collecting, so I will probably not spend to much time on it. Lots of other areas to concentrate on.

All of these solid game size marbles have, for want of better words, structure or detail in them. I have read about MFC, CAC and Akro Marbles that appear to be like these. The white one appears opalescent, and could it be an Akro Moonie? There are also Bloodies, Flinties and other names that come to mind. Looking at one of Blocks' books they all could be flinties. Having accumulated quite a few of them I would like to ID them or just store them away for a later time. Am I all wet or is there a way to really identify them?

Thanks again Chad! I seem to have hit the Vacor jackpot with this find.

Here are four more from a recent find. Top at .61 is a Vitro Tri-lite. Second from top is an MK at .61. Third is .64 and fourth is .63 and not sure on either. Hope I do better than yesterday at ID's
-
I struck out most of all three of my posts. Thanks guys back to the drawing board.
-
Pretty sure the one on the left is an MK at.96. Middle is probably a Vacor Bengal Tiger at .95. However, the one on the right is to orange to be a Vacor IMO as I have several other Vacor Bengal Tigers that don't look like this one at .65. Probably Asian.
-
Probably a Master at .69 on the left with extra pics for color; however, I thought there is a chance for Akro. Middle is probable MK, but has a much brighter yellow than the other 15 BB that I already have. Size is .57. No clue on the one on the right as it doesn't look like a WVS to me. .62
-
Forgot size. .60 on right, .63 middle, .65 on right

Great Chad, able to get in both sites. Got a box of a thousand or so marbles this week and those sites will save me from posting some. It's been about a year since i started collecting and have really enjoyed it. Have learned a lot but just scratched the surface, I fear. I find I am able to identify the easy ones, but still have a lot of indecision. Bunch of good guys and gals in here, I just wish I had more time to interact. Thanks as always as you have been a great over this past year and i will donate some more to the cause tomorrow.

I remember that Vacor site now. It used to be when I typed it in I got and warning part of the time that it was not a private site and not secure. I just got the same message. I wonder what is going on.

Man, i must be losing it. I read Vacor and the ID post didn't register. The other one is the Jabo site. Thank you and sorry for the bother.
