I’m guilty of being a bag opener 🚓 I had planned on not opening a mesh Alox bag,but from me handling it 2/3 time a week to look at the mibs one of the treads on the side broke and out poped a marble so I decided to take most of them out to take pics . My 1st Ravenswood bags I was only collecting around half a year and opened them thinking the red ones were Red Ravens, thought I scored big time lol turned out they were not Red Ravens just red and white Ravens ,but it was not a total loss because now I had known Ravenswood to study . But I agree with losing the value of the mibs by opening bags , but if your not going to be selling them they look so much better out of the bag on display like PittsburghMarbles did

Hi here is mine that is similar I thought it was oxblood ,but got the impression on AAM that it is not, there is 14 pages on there showing a wide range of different shades of what others are calling pelt oxblood ,I cant find It at the moment but Ron S had sold two MCS that later the buyer had them ID as oxblood but Ron did not list them as so when selling them because of the variation on other collectors thoughts on what is and what isn’t pelt oxblood

My condolances to family and friends , very sad news ,he helped so many collectors, this site will not be the same without him . I’m sure Ron.S and Bill.M are digging marbles together in the afterlife

Hi it’s a tricky one but the cuts look pelt so I’m thinking PPP ,on another note I think the short vids are better for ID then pics I think next time I need a ID il shoot a vid

Hi Ron I’m sure I speak for everyone on here ,but I appreciate all the help you give and have given over the years ,by ID mibs to making Videos with Stephen ,to explaining differences between similar WVS patterns so not wasted time but time helping many 👍thank you for all that you do for the marble community and collectors

Hi the blue and green look Akro to me 👍the white ones would need more pics but they will still be tough to separate for more experienced collectors I don’t have a clue on the white ones 😎

Hi thanks for your thoughts everyone they come out of these bags ⬇️ found in Canada 🇨🇦 and looks like packaged for a Canadian store the bags don’t say Marble King on them but they all seem to be MK mibs ,but as the bag says assorted marbles so I guess they could be mixed maker’s / Vitro
