Much of what can be seen in the photos has my contemporary bell ringing. That includes the 'brick' color/glass texture - pattern - super glossiness- just about everything about it is suspect from these photos IMHO.

Peltier MCS

Vacors in general have high variability -especially those types that have evolved from early runs and continued into the present. Plenty of Vacors can exhibit looping turkey heads including Serpents. Some can have very sparse red such as the OP. I have seen some older Sepernts that are nearly pastel and others that were bold and vibrant - and made with very good quality glass. A couple examples that are reminiscent of the OP:

No way that glass is CAC. 100% Vacor Serpent.

In my early teens I had a summer night job at a local family bakery. My job was to fill the jelly and cream filled doughnuts. One pump of filling was the instructed protocol......not enough in my mind. 2 pumps- much better! It was all about the filling to me. The owner was not happy...at first, until he realized he was selling 2x the norm. Instead of firing me he decided to increase the cost per doughnut by 2 cents and the 'double pump' became a local doughnut craze. More is better sometimes!

I'm confused - I thought a Pelt Windshield was a much more specifically colored type with a large colorless clear window on only one side. This marble I'm looking at looks like a simple green and white Rainbo? Perhaps due to happenstance and the variable nature of mass production this one just has wider transparent green ribbons than the majority? So- can any Pelt with enough transparency be a Windshield? That would be news to me.

Coffee - might be my middle name! I'll take it anyway I can get it when the urge strikes - from a fancy cafe with a savvy barista down to a coin-op dispensing machine. Favorite is a perfectly made Latte with the foam like whipped cream -no sugar.

What fun you had! Good variety of quality marbles you gleaned out of the masses. I just want to point out what looks to possibly be a Peltier Chocolate Cow. Last 2 photos bottom row between the Red Bee and transparent yellow swirl. Deserves a closer look?

Fire- The photo is not mine and just shown to let you see what your marble probably is. Depending on the specific mineral content contained in either paints, glazes or raw clay any of these can glow. I can't tell if the glaze is UV or the clay underneath for yours. Try checking that big gap hole in the glaze to see which it is.

I like your philosophy on what you put into your temple (body that is) akroorka. I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian ( eggs and dairy allowed- no meat) for 40 years and try to keep on the organic side of food. That's getting mighty expensive considering mainstream food is already outrageous. I have a handful of nuts and some fresh fruit with an espresso or latte to start the day. This is very light but energizing to me. If I ate a heavy lumberjack style breakfast I would just want to go lay back down. B-rett 66 your memorial breakfast story is awesome! All Heatons I believe. Furnace debris (aka Oven Brick) is all I know for the 'artifact' in #1. Oyster for #3 - Fire Cracker #4.

This is wrong on so many levels. I hope you call them out right here because they deserve the public shame and embarrassment. They consciously ripped you off.

Today's vast internet market is flooded with uneducated buyers and unscrupulous or ignorant sellers. It's enormously irritating, but there's absolutely no way to control that or what price someone is willing to pay for 'whatever'. If someone overpays because they are foolishly under-educated tough noogies, since they have not opted to seek higher learning or expert advice. Reverse that and you can score a rare or valuable marble for a pittance if you know what your looking at and the seller does not. There's nothing new under the sun here where collecting anything is concerned - it's just 'more so' due to internet access. Be smart and educated or be stupid and gullible - everyone has that choice.

The OP looks like a common surface dyed clay - could be various American or German/European made. To my knowledge there is no way of determining the maker outside of being found in original labeled packaging.

This is my pal Mumford. He loves to cram himself into crazy tight places for nap time. He can be found snoozing in small boxes - baskets - buckets and even mixing bowls if left out on the counter!

Looks like a newer MK - a modern version of the old MK Hercules.

In the 70s I could smoke a dime bag of Panama Red in one night and then devour several Hostess Suzy Qs. Talk about dreamy and creamy! Both of these fine products I believe are long discontinued. Nowadays it's medical grade CBD and an organic mico greens salad. Staying happy in a healthier way!

The OP is a MK beauty! The Peltier labeled marble posted just above by treetiger appears to be a Peltier Sunrise (as opposed to Sunset) - the various bagged marbles are modern "Fantasy" advertising bags.

Such a variety of great marbles in this running thread! The Jabo peewees are sure a favorite of mine - so much color and pattern packed into such a small marble. Here's some of my favorites that were gifted to me - thank you!

Nice Pelt for sure. There are some red Peltier Onyx slags that are a very particular type. These rarer types do not appear to have a completely transparent red base, and have heavy areas where light will not show through. Many times these exhibit brownish, tan or mahogany tones along with deep dense red. they have very heavy internal swirling that fills up most or all of the base glass. I've only found them in 9/16". Your photos possibly hint of this type.

Agree with Alan - nothing overly special for a Master. Here's a similarly colored one of mine that has the addition of blue.
