well last week just surfing and found a electric blue christensen slag marble 11/16" http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1439.l2649 I thought it should be nicer than what it looked like in the ad so I thought I would take the chance , It turned out very good as it was fron Ron and he is who I bought my very first marble over the internet from in fact it was when I was at work as they had computers so I figured it out and bought it . So now I have another marble from Ron and put it next to the one I got back in about 1995 . just thought I would share . Mike and yes how it looks next to my best peliter slag my very first internet buy . I think I got in trouble once calling it a flame

well here is a marble in a lot I got a while back I think it is a Ravenswood as the brown is what made me think this but the green base ?/ what does every one think . wish it was mint but it has been in a can or even played with but that what it is . Mike

well here are what was in one bunch with out the cats or clearies a few good but I will post another thread on what I think is a Ravenswood with a green base glass , the others I did not have in the picture were the three other pelts or have to decided what they are , there are two more in the bottom row I will take to the cabinets . still more buckets to go threw . the German one is hard to say for sure , could be a solid or divided core looks like a nice twist on top . more pics for value but with just what you showed about $35.00 would be a good start all depends on condition .As far as age I think it is earlier than a Latticinio core and for sure there are books that are close to the years .don't be shy on the pictures show more . well not half done yet a nice but nothing over the top yet ,it was a good day as even got another smaller lot had a big popeye but when I got home it had a chip will go threw then later , a few cats and a set of 14 German cat eyes or German sparklers there about an inch give or take a 16th . . here they are so German cats or German sparklers ??? well two different buys today one drove to my house the other meet me about 3 miles away will be sorting a few days , I know I saw a few Arko so I said yes to the bunch twice . here are a few pics I was given to look at and say yes or no . I bet there are at least a few nice ones and will fill a few more gum ball machines . Amethyst Sulphide Be careful with colored Sulphide I won one and had it sent to Rick to take out the chips The color was just a thin layer OR some thing added but what ever it came back nice just very clear . Mike

well it is easier to count the lighted watch cabinets I buoght this year as it is only 7 . this year , but as far as a batch of marbles would be another 37 Bill Tow marbles to my collection as I traided a cabinet for marbles . . I try and not count Mike
