The big claw foot was most likely from a large dining room table, not the biggest as I have a mold marble that is 3" in dia and I think that must be from a piano , the set of four are most likely from a bed room or living room table . I have a piano stool and the feet are a little smaller ., . I listed the one on ebay link below. Mike ebay auction claw foot marble also a picture of the big 3incher . Mike

Antique / Collectible Auction Wednesday, March 16th, 5:30 pm start / Preview 4:00 pm Dousman Community Center http://www.baileyshonor.com/auctions/03162011.htm http://www.auctionzip.com/Full-Image/1081976/fp91.cgi yes a big thanks to fellow marble collectors in WI but this is the whole story , I went to make sure it was a nice marble it got bagged with two others , a very nice mint yellow lat about 29/32 but as clean as they get then a 1 3/16 caged solid core caged and a round pontil but got carried away with the area that was ground ,also it must have sat in a window sill for 50 years as it is a sun aged color . I also got 5 claw feet with marbles a set of 4 and one big one . I place a bid and left but no call that night well now Friday the bell rings and here is Carrol with the box full saying why don't I answer the phone . well I won both auctions but the were calling the wrong number . Well there home now and hand delivered . Mike ... .... .... .. .. .. My final cost was $137 but Carrol did not have any change and I was so excited I dropped an even $150.00 as it was way less that my high bids would have been , as I always say lucky in LOVE lucky in life Mike

Might be from China?? as I have a painted bird sulfide sitting on that kind of base , yours is the best and it is the complete marble like my base is ?? I was told that mine might be from china in the 20's ??? and yes I almost wish I would have gotten it before polishing . Mike

Hi all I have 10 pictures of the stamps with marble playing or marbles on them .A friend of my grandson is starting to collect stamps so I wanted to get some pictures of them printed at wink flash the problem I have is the quality is to low to get good pictures so if any one has these is a large file size send me a copy or ?? well I have been picked I was selling some ladder jacks , well sold a bunch of stuff and got all his money $176.00 dollars . almost had him back out when he saw some rummage stickers for $2.00 of a fire extinguisher he picked for $35.00 For me it was a good day to be picked . I think he just started . but I package stuff till I got the wallet empty . Mike

well when I just started I was luckey to find a red 300 box all the bigger marbles were there all the 3/4 were same run popeye's and yes I did wax them all. I thought I was in heaven till I had it at a show and well it was talked about a while as it left all sort of white spots . when look at . took home and washed in Ivory flakes to get the wax out . that was before ebay and these boards in fact I think the only board was Bob Blocks and that was with email . The cloths I have seen almost do nothing . I think toilet bowl cleaner would be better . Mike But I have waxed a few in my time with a water based polymer .
