I have a Ro Purser "Dino Ball" > 3" dia.

IIRC - Mark Matthews produces a few pieces approaching 5".

The Besset piece Photo is just over 3".

Not exactly "large" (they are 15/16" dia.) - but I got these from Roger Hardy at the New Philly show earlier this month. They came from an Akro employee's basement. Eye candy in any case.
