Steph
I'm not as sure about Navarre on this one as I was on the last, but the structure looks right for it.Hopefully someone else will know. Time to break out the popcorn.
ann
Looks like a melted pontil to me. Therefore, Leighton (or Navarre), or, in this case maybe Barberton, because of the color -- the odd-colored ones (I have a chartreuse one) seem to be Barberton . . . Bubbly glass, yes? (I'm not used to seeing such bubbly glass in these, but hey, anything can happen to hot glass on any given day).
ann
The darkness that seems to be blooming from the pontil is probably carbon residue from the wood thing (technical term) that was used to smooth over the pontil after it was heated . . . Occurs on some but not others.
pedidoll
there is a blob of something on the inside of the marble too
lstmmrbls
I am pretty sure the pontil smoother overer was metal and that is why a metallic sheen is often seen on the fire polished pontils. I believe puntys sometimes oxidized a bit and released gunk into the glass
ann
Why did I say wood there?? Slipped a gear I guess . . . I'm old, it happens sometimes . . .probably thinking of soot . . .
