atothej
Would anyone care to learn me about clearies? I've got like three hundred of them in varying states, sizes and colors. They range from cobalt peewees to royal blue players to green shooters and lots in between. I have clear ones and 'chromed' ones. All of them are fairly bubbly. I also have some with swirls on them. Here's a few pics. Any info appreciated. Thanks

Steph
p.s. The 'chromed' ones are modern.
sissydear
In the first post, your "chromed" one is actually "iridized". They sprayed mineral salts on it while hot before the glass cooled. Steph is right about new. The second marble is not a clearie.
sissydear
Generally clearies are not collectable. I have kept a few for sentimental reasons. A dear friend died and willed me all of hi9s marbles. I kept some.
