lstmmrbls Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 They also use(d) them in other powdered materials in tanker type train cars to keep the material from compacting in the bottoms. I mentioned this a few times before as the marbles were found in the hundreds along tracks where my folks lived at one time. Many homes by the tracks had piles of the marbles as garden decorations.
