Steph
Those are hard. I once made a collage of all the white on practically black marbles which had come from different West Virginia swirl companies. I was trying to figure out some way that I could identify and learn differences so I could ID marbles like yours. I never figured it out. I can't do any better than just saying "West Virginia swirl". wvrons
Alley. Most dark looking or black looking glass in machine made marbles is actually purple. About three maybe four companies actually produced black glass. Now you can find out which ones ? About every WV swirl company made dark purple and white swirls. If you check close some will look dark or black and will actually be brown . Some can be separated by the swirl pattern and some cannot.
Steph
Thanks, Ron. Start building your alphabet, Joe. That's a fun game, to get a whole set of letters. I once had a nice cursive S and I didn't save it. How silly was that.
