Looks like a slag to me - the white ones can be difficult. All I can say is that I don`t see any obvious traits that would point to a manufacturer. Except not Pelt machine-made, and probably not CAC machine-made. It does look hand=gathered, but with the white ones it`s hard to tell.

Forgot to say I like the white ones, even if they are problematic. Undoubtedly a character flaw in me . . .

I actually got to Akro hand gathered slag on my own, so I'm pleased.  And because I like the white, it must be a character flaw in me, too!  Ah, just throw it on the pile...
