Opend a bag , could not resist it 

Expecting marble mail , that went not like it should , can pick up the box tomorrow , post office called me 2 times  the last hour , sorry sorry bla bla.....blaaaa 

Not lost thank god 🙏 , they said i was not home , but i was 200% sure , postman dropped the ball .....then i grabbed this bag and this makes me happy today 🤹‍♂️

It sure looks like a Tie Dye, and maybe a Hot Tamale in the group too (yellow on translucent red). Both of those are from 1999.

Most of the marbles in the bag are from 2003, but I see a few that are not and that is unusual for those dated bags.  There is a Tie Dye lookalike in 2003, but that looks like a reall 99 Tie Dye instead of the 2003 version. There is a 98 (sort of red white and blue) and a Spring 99 (jade colored) marble in there too.
