I can't really see the pontil. All of the bubbles have me a little worried though. Could this be one of those Bulgarian's?

I have not possessed or had any of those scam fake Bulgarian H-g marbles although saw bunches online. 

Regardless, this one doesn't strike me as one of them. This angle is where the cut-off or pontal resides.:

Yeah, I know where the pontil is, I just can't see it well enough to tell if it's faceted or melted or what it even looks like, really.

Right, it's not showing well. It wants to be like a German H-G too and as if it didn't need to have the pontal ground.

I agree, but now @Fire1981 refers to "both melted" pontils so I am really confused . . .
