B-rett66 Posted February 27 Report Share Posted February 27 I’ve had it several times. We have a local country preacher who is very good at preparing it. The secret is to place the turtle in fresh clean water for about a week so it gets the muddy river taste out, then pressure cook the meat for a bit to tenderize it then put the it in homemade vegetable soup. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
