copemys
no, not a meteorite. It looks like it may be native copper with some calcite. Does the exposed brownish area at the bottom of the photo bend??

copemys
I guess I was trying to say that native copper is soft and flexible. All my minerals are boxed up, so I can't send an image. A pin scratch will show copper red if that's what it ia.
boris64
It has reddish color a bluish metallic color and it also looks as if crystals (white) have formed . I scratched it and it seems to be metallic gray or blue. I appreciate your time and knowledge. I acquired this when I bought a bunch of gemstones which I am trying to id. Not rely a collector of either . Since I have the time I thought I would sell them and give them a better home.
