The Nickel Guy Posted September 3 Report Share Posted September 3 This actually had me fooled until yesterday when I handled it along with many others. I noticed it felt light. Then I dropped it just a short 1 inch distance on the table and it bounced rapidly about 4 times with a funny sound. I thought it was a real marble but it was not. Just an odd thing for me, maybe others have seen such marbles many times before. I doubt it is collectible. Keeps them from getting mixed with the glass ones again 😉. Bought these many years ago in a cloudy quart jar. Didn't know they were plastic mixed in with twice as many glass ones. Best part was a old mint Marble King Watermelon in the jar,one of my favorite finds. Could see part of it in there, wasn't sure until I got to car and untaped the lid and dumped them in a bag.
