Try to focus about a third down from the top. If you have a "Macro" setting--use it on marbles.

@Chad G. has given me a lot of tips over the years for taking images as well as--well marbles ID😁.

Keep on trying and no pressure--just do your best and accept some tips now and then.

@Fire1981 has been pruducing some fine images lately--it does take some practice.

I still use a camera (no smart phone----yet🙈), and I take multiple images picking out the very best---deletion is a great thing once you get the hang of it.

You do have the cropping part down pretty well.

Any and all opionions here are more than welcomed.

I think it's Foreign. I don't think the blue ribbon fits into any color combos that aren't Foreign. It wanders around in pics 3 and 4. Those are the views that I'm hung up on🔥
