Holy smokes. I watched this on TV this morning. I bet there was 5 to 8 thousand bucks there that I think cost Adam $1060.00. I was a bit jealous I guess.

Picked up a lifetime of collecting in one morning of awesome marbles. Many were already identified and bagged.

I can't believe that all he gave Stephen was a "slow cork"!

I think he could have said "keep it" or "it's yours" a few more times.

Cool Video.  Looked like they were in NJ based on some video.  Nice score.

Thanks for sharing Chad, that was a crazy day! I don’t think I’ve witnessed anything like that before, and was thrilled to film it. Probably a once in a lifetime type score!

About 12 years ago my neighbor in California, who was not a collector, got a flea market lot similar to this size for $75 and went on to sell individually for about $5k, including a Blue Galaxy. Most were individually in bags so obviously belonged to a real collector but the sellers obviously didn't know, and neither did my neighbor until he started listing them and saw the bids flying.

That's a pretty wild haul. The moment of discovery is the best drug in my opinion. 

Found 3 mason jars at 10 CDN each tops full of vacors the bottom third was all Akros from a collection.  

I still get shivers thinking about it haha.
