Yes, where the colors come to a point at the seams, sparklers have at least 5 colors, can't tell from these pix ??

We need to see closeups of all angles to properly ID. It’s either Akro or master.

It looks like an Akro sparkler from the pictures, it would be easier to confirm if you post pictures from both poles tho.

Hard to tell from the pics posted.  Might even be a Euro.  What's the size?
