I would say no to glow ,,,at least not like these other 2 did ....maybe just a hint of purple glow

2 yrs ago my daughter and her hubby and kids took me to Hawaii with them for 10 days!!...This chubby grandma went snorkeling for the first time ever!!! (first time in Hawaii too) It was an awesome experience!!

Sara,,,see all the sparkles in this pic? they were fractures inside the marble,,I know this because I couldn't stand not knowing for sure so I hit the marble with a hammer,,,(inside a towel of course) and the base glass was dark auburn transparent,,,of course now I wish I would not have done that cuz it really was pretty all sparkly like it WAS.
