That said, I am seeing Vitro Superior on the left, a different type of tri-lite

For a time it was thought that Akro made helmets.  Now helmets are known to be Vitro. They are in fact a type of Tri-lite.

I miss Mike Barton.  

I went to the Argentina ebay  and looked up Huracán canicas.

I call it a logo marble. Sometimes an organization or company will specially commission logo marbles with a legitimate manufacturer who has legal permission to use the images. 

Most often though for the past 40 years or so, it will be an Asian manufacturer who did the work, without legal permission,  and thus for much lower cost than the companies who obtain legal licenses. 

I don't recognize yours, so just take my answer as general background. 

I could see why someone would think Peltier based on the colors and textures, but I'm not seeing the ribbon structure I would expect in a Pelt.  

I'm still sticking with Alley but I will call in a swirl guru.
