Gorgeous.  Don't remember ever associating that base with MK, but the exterior is so MK that this is my first choice also. 

I am actually confident that C is Alley.  It is a sentimental favorite.

Hmmm.  Art, I'm leaning older on these.    At least I'm feeling pretty sure the blue/green/white one is older. 

Alley stopped making marbles in the 1940's.  Champion kept making marbles into the modern era.   My belief is that it was easier for errors to get past quality control in the modern era.  Fewer kids playing marbles.  Less important to get  them all round.
