First guess Jabo.  Second Vacor.  Third Chinese.  Fourth a WV swirl, with a lean toward the more modern WV swirls.

Peltier is not on the list.

Gorgeous.  Don't remember ever associating that base with MK, but the exterior is so MK that this is my first choice also. 

I am actually confident that C is Alley.  It is a sentimental favorite.
