Got a little road and tunnel going on in this view.  So I'll go with the usual suspects: CAC or Akro. Â

-
Unusual. I can't place it. Â
My first thought on the colors was Jabo, but the structure looks vintage.Â
Since our akro friend above doesn't recognize it as one of is, I won't be surprised if it turns out to be either Master or Vitro. Â-

Here you go!  Don't know how long they keep these segments, but for now you can view it at the show's website.Â

Glad I saw it. Â
But now I wonder what people in the know thought when they saw it.Â
At the end of the segment, the spectators and park employees were saying things like, "I've been here 17 years and I still don't understand how the game is played"? Cute, but what? Â

The link won’t load for me. Was there a women with the last name of Davis involved in the run 🔥
Rick, they're linking you to a thread about Vitro Confettis.  ÂI have this old link where I saved an article from Pete's land of marbles newsletter. I don't see the name Davis.

I have very little non-marble vaseline glass. I do love it though. Â
These are my best items, a pair of plates from a yard sale. About 8" wide.Â

Those four marbles are challenging my self-image as a competent Pelt identifier!

I should know the blue one. But I don't. I'm not familiar enough with how to tell the difference between a Vitro Whitie and a two-ribbon Pelt Rainbo.Â
ÂI'm leaning Pelt on bottom left.Â
Â
That's a whole lot of red ribbon on the top right. I could see that going any of four ways.Â
ÂÂ
And I can't make out what is inside the bottom right.Â
Â
-
At that size, I'm saying Alley or Jabo. Leaning Jabo.
-
My thought was Rainbo as I looked at the pix.

So ???

Oh no, I am not calling anything into doubt - they look Akro enough to me. Maybe they ran a peewee machine to make them only for wholesale to jobbers like Rosenthal, and just thought it would be cute to put one in those Popeye boxes. I mean, Akro never sold bags or boxes of 000 marbles under their own name, correct? I wonder if anyone has found any paperwork indicating that Akro sold peewees in bulk.
Â
Good thoughts and questions. Â-

We need @Steph to take a look at this thread. I know there was considerable debate about where Rosenthal acquired the peewees for their games and I am not sure if it has been resolved. The fact is that Akro made very few marbles at the 00 size (9/16") let alone smaller 000, peewee, size mibs. And to fill their game boxes, Rosenthal would have needed a ton of them so . . .?
I don't have an answer. I wanted them to be Alley.  I liked the thought that Rosenthal employee Berry Pink might have used his Alley connections to get patches into those boxes. But we've been assured the patches couldn't possibly have been Alley.
So I kinda vaguely went with the idea that they were Akro, which you're now calling into doubt.Â

I'm seeing Akro Moss Agate on top. Â
Vitro Tri-Lite on bottom.

is this us made or import

Good question. Possibly Vitro and therefore American. But I can't be sure with the views shown. Would be helpful to focus on the ends of the vanes to see if we have an American cutline or an Asian cutline. -
Nice to hear.

Welcome. -

There _ARE_ paperweight marbles -- looking like paperweight construction spherical and not flat. Â
But I'm guessing that was supposed to be a paperweight.Â
And I can't remember right now what the paperweight marbles look like. And I gotta run to work now. Â
Could be a fun topic.
-
It rests flat on the surface?
-
Not sure of the question. That looks like an actual paperweight. Not a marble.

Not as bad as mine does me.  I can't say I remember that. Â

I wondered if it might be something you sent via Facebook messenger, but searching that for "Canada" or "Canadian" isn't pulling the article up.
