  2. CAC. I've been looking at examples on Ebay. I think you have something special there.
  3. It does look Vintage to me. Check this site out. It has good info on hand gathered marbles. marblecollecting.com
  4. I think that's pretty high. I don't see a color combo that would make this marble that hard to find. $6 seems fair. FWIW
  5. I agree. Baseglass and colors have me stumped. It's a hand gathered marble for sure FWIW
  6. I just posted pics of Pelts I’d like to trade or sell. It’s hard packing up my collection but I’d like to put groups together and not rip off Newbies and sell them here !
  7. I’m with Chad. That’s a hard challenge and just hope you can enjoy better vision after your surgery.
  8. Hold out. Don't jump on this one. It's worth looking for down the road. Tell him I proudly worked side by the BIA in the 4 Corners area here out West for 10 years. I learned a lot. My Mom is pro active with the tribes in North And South Dakota. I also worked in Alaska as a Fire Fighter and trained a lot of the Athabascan tribes in Alaska how to fight fires for 10 years as well.
  9. It’s very true. I was at a flea market and saw a Blue Bennington with a few marbles in a jar. I asked the guy what he wanted for the jar. He poured the jar out in a tray and told me the Blue Bennington was worth $50. I just said good luck. No slap in the face trying to straighten that price out. Just moved on.
  10. Very Hard To Find. If it's out of round that doesn't mean it's VHTF. Probably recovered at a dig. $10 People seem to think a lot of their marbles are VHTF. At $55 they are dreaming and mislead. FWIW
  11. Not sure. But it does look some sort of hand gathered marble to me. Steph found info on these. I hope someone else replies here.
  12. Backlight that one with a flashlight and the matrix might have cool patterns in it as well. Vitro has what I call Horse Hairs that show up ever now and then in the baseglass. Sometimes they are tucked up underneath a Conqueror’s helmet in the clear baseglass. Fun trait to start looking for.
  13. Vienna’s either from a certain time period or 2 different factories. From what I remember Vitro made industrial marble. An example would be the marble in a spray paint can.
  14. I curious if it’s a Vienna Vitro. Someone here will know.
  15. I like the one at 11:00 in the last pic
  16. Yes 👍 I like to one at 11:00 I. The last pic
  17. I hope I'm wrong but some sellers just use what I call Fill Marbles in boxes. I hope your's are not Fillers. The WVS crew will be able to tell you where your boxes are from. Cool Score...I like boxes.

    Bored....

I’ll start. Vitro ? Akro Asian Asian
  19. You were here before I was ! Happy Birthday
  20. Chad is definitely setting you up with some amazing marbles. You gotta good connection going on there for sure.
  21. WOW ! You sure got your money’s worth on those. If you got 100 marbles for $10 in that package. Looks like a good score if you got maybe 200 marbles in that goodie box for $20 ! Those are some killer mibs.
