Have this with a couple more like it with my Alleys, there was a mib on blocks auction looked exactly same sold as c.a.c If Alley would this be from Sistersville?

The base looked muddy to me and with all the bubbles and debris I assumed ppp. Lol Here are some backlit pics , And some more of the patch as well . Thanks for helping clarify this mib .patches are not my strong point
