Finally, my treatments are done....what a journey it has been so far. Now it's healing time. I'll probably be feeling the effects of radiation for a couple weeks more, but my skin should start healing slowly. This final week my neck and throat area began to burn and blister a somewhat. Now, just have to go back for follow up appointments for a couple months with radiology and my surgical team before getting the PET scan too see how these treatments actually did. But for now, rest and relaxation! Not really, gotta stay active but don't have too travel every day anymore 👍😊

Since I posted this last year when it happened, I'm going to bump this thread because....IT'S BACK!!! The Albino that briefly visited me last year for a couple days is back. It showed up about 4 days ago and has been here multiple times a day since then. I'll try to get better pictures but this will have to do. It hopped down from the tree to sneak a drink 😊 Also an added plus, Patty saw it for the first time, with me, last Friday and the kids saw it yesterday with us. Witnesses definitely a plus 👍

I wasn't going to post anything else today, but when I was in the back yard, I spotted what I thought was a Slag owl! At 4:54 pm with full sunlight? A rarity for Minnesota! Had to grab some pics before it flew away! After it took off, the Slag owl left me a parting gift where it was perched...Slag pellets! 😁
