This is the backyard garden behind my old garage, along with my little squash bed and in the front right corner pumpkins...tons of fun 😊

One of my favorite seasonal hobbies has been gardening. Never really got into it until I bought my home and property back in 2001. Figured I would share some pics 😊 This is garden #1 in the "middle" yard....along with my little watermelon patch. My grass clippings work great for retaining moisture and stopping most of the weeds 👍

I did think Akro because of the twist but wasn't very confident, something kept telling me Vitro. Thanks Tommy 😊

Not special enough? On the contrary there, Steph, love it! I don't think I have seen a white liquor bottle like yours before. It's usually just plain milk glass. Can you snap a couple more pics of those color threads? Would love to see them differently!

Slag glass has it's place in the collectable world, having been produced by companies such as Akro, Imperial, Westmoreland and others. She is great. I admire her tremendously for her time here and her devotion towards the hobby. The fact that she is a cat lover helps too 😊 I had 3 for 18 years now have 2 more, 1 is 9 and her "son" 3 years old, and a dog. I can tell, Steph, by your text, pic, and personality you ARE a wonderful person. So happy to have your acquaintance since I started here 😊❤

She had what I think was a Bennington which was so many different colors but I passed. Comparable too what the "Confetti" marbles look like. Guess I haven't seen one like that so hopefully didn't pass up a decent mib. I was just going on what I know as far as clay's being mass produced.

Found this one at a garage sale, gave an elderly lady a couple bucks for it. Little beat up but figured it's hot out, she's 92 and sitting out here. Wanted to see her smile anyway 😊😊
