  1. I just love pigs! (I collect them too) The old Germans considered them as a good luck type thing. You can find them on multiple greeting cards from the past from this to that. I have never seen one like this before--love it!---Just killer with the UV reaction! 100 cents?---a real steaI, I would have paid up for this one for sure---great find! (nice marble holder for a "Pig" Marble no doubt) Pig's--On!!
  2. Not even close my marble collecting friend. This one is a common find in "Imperial" collections or boxes. "Imperial" was and still may be a buyer that purchases toys--marbles and rebrands them. This marble could be from any "Asian" market that produces glass marbles. It is a good image and a good question as well. Marble—On!!
  3. These are common WVS imho. Marble--On!!
  4. My eyes are shot too--except for marbles--. The original post or OP is slightly buffed imho—( it is a Pelt) buffed meaning not quite an original finish—but close. Your second image is a Peltier—no doubt here. Too bad about the damage—it s a “Pelt Peerless Patch” –or PPP for sure! Nice finds! Marble—On !!
  5. Let’s look at the marble and ignore the AV thing here. Do you know what it is? It looks to be about one inch or so. This is a great find imho. Marble—On!!
  6. My first impression was Champion. Champion does not mean bad in the collecting world. Champion made many "Killer Marbles". Marble--On!!
  7. I will stick with @cheese here. More images are needed. Marble--On!!
  8. I think that @cheese has the right idea here. Martble--On!!
  9. Marble"B" looks more like a Pelt slag than anything that I can imagine--the color is a bit off though. Marble"C" I would call a Master Glass "Brushed Patch". Marble "A"---maybe a Vitro--hard to tell. I appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more. Marble--On!!
  10. An "Auger" generally has a solid pole from top to bottom—I cannot tell from your images. Nice marble—hard to catch an image of it I am sure. Marble—On!!
  11. Steep for sure skv--hang around and get addicted like the rest of us. Welcome and keep the images coming. Marble--On!!
  12. I am not too sure what you are asking here--the reaction to the folks that worked with this stuff was less than mild--deadly I would say. That was the way---- Marble--On!!
  13. It looks fine to me--great collection-hard finds and well purchased. Marble--On!!
  14. That is quite a collection my marble collecting friend. I am glad that I was able to blow up the image on my PC—very nice! Marble—On!!
  15. X2--what Steph says is right on imho. Marble--On!!
  16. Thanks for the share--nice marbles no doubt! I just love this stuff! Marble--On!!
  17. I agree with the "Octupus" ID--a weak one though. The second one looks like a common WVS--nice marble--no great value but nice non-the-less. Marble--On!!
  18. Thanks for stepping up Nantucketdink! Great ID!!! Marble---On!!
  19. The top image far left is a Swirl--WVS. The one to the right of it appears to have some "opal" involved--just backlight it and look for an orangish glow--WVS imho. White slag’s are not too common imho--even from Akro--the bottom image from the left----I would call the second and third slag’s the rest are WVS imho. I do not see any Pelts here. Marble—On!!
  20. I have a few that show UV reaction on the white--not too common imho. Marble--On!!
  21. Nice images for sure. From left to right--- MFC--CAC---Akro. Just my humble opinion here--I hope to see some more. Marble--On!!
  22. Nice stuff Swissmarble! Keep them coming! Marble--On!!
  23. Thanks Melissa, If you go to the Wisconsin show wear an (“I like "Atmospheres”) sticker on your forehead-lol. I may be there---or not. Marble—On!!
