I've been wondering about this one for a while. Thought it was the same as yours but not sure now...5/8. I'll do a post specifically as I've taken quite a few shots and don't want to clog your post up. It's amber when back-lit and has a few nice bubbles in there.

Ha, it turned out I'd actually set these 3 aside to keep for now anyway. 

Don't know if these pictures add much, apart from the fact that the red swirls are very UV reactive.

Oops, I better get them back out of the "possibly to sell drawer". This business is so tricky, the glass is almost perfect so I thought they must be newer. I'll get some more detailed pictures up and see if there are any further comments. It looks like everyone made those red swirls though...

I think they all match.

I'm not asking for an ID on these two, but just asking whether I've spotted a similar swirl pattern that may be significant? I seem to remember something about ends like these from one of the videos I've watched.

There is a vague system, honest...

He had a lot of help but this one( the book) is worth waiting for.

No popping on this one. It definitely seems to be German striped. 

This one came with the other 2 that I put up yesterday. I'm pretty sure I can see a pontil ... clear turquoise glass, tiny bubbles, the white doesn't really extend far beneath the surface. 19/32

Thanks, yes, I spotted a thread elsewhere on here where something about that was mentioned, and thought that might be relevant. 

And to add - it may have a bit of opalescence to it, don't know if that leads anywhere, I'll try and capture it tomorrow...

I should add - base glass is incredibly clear.

I absolutely love this marble.

It's 23/32 and it caught my eye on a tiny lot on Ebay.

Dunno what it is though...

Almost just lost this one. Put it on the windowsill while I was taking a picture of another one and the darn cat jumped up and knocked it off. I heard it bop onto the radiator and roll out of sight...

My guess is vitro or peltier (if any this style exist?).

It's got what looks like a bit of a fault line running through, which I've tried to show and is very bubbly, especially on one side of the line. If pressed I'd say the line is blackish green, but not really sure on that.
