  9. well not as many as polished , as that can go back a lot of years and now so many are showing up as some people sent every one out to end up wet . Fred Leuenberger. would set up at shows work all day and take home work . He was just perfect and could take out a chip and never show any signs except when I look at pontals and see it shinney might make me think , I asked once why he looks at every marble with a loop and was told so I know if any one does what I do and use Fred . and that was a long time ago .

  12. now how about the very common master box as if I remember correct cases of these were found . and there even were fake boxes made . look at the back as signs of another box on top for many years sitting in a case , That is what made me want one . Mike the back with the signs of years of storage no fake here . Mike
  13. now the Rosenthal jobber box it came with a marble king bag , sold a few years ago still have what is left . Mike and looking still left all the marbles that came with the box .
  14. well how about some jobber boxes a few 10 cent boxes and a Rosenthal . here are the 10 cents boxes , I should open but then knowing me I would swap in or out different marbles so at this time I will just think what is inside . Mike

  21. Terry never looked as it is just a picture I have from the web . but I do have 3 of them the one single and a matched pair , I am listing the single one on the bay tonight thought I might get more info . Still thinking about making a display out of a shift lever from an old truck top shift trany , I have the stick and it is nice and long just waiting till I get some down time . my first gear shift knob cost me $2200 but it also came with a 5 window model A 1930 still have the know but no coupe . Boy made me think as I dragged it home 35 miles with a tow chain , only took a few hours to get it running . any ways just thinking back . Mike looking at the picture remember the door knobs ?? see mine ?
  22. the one on the right is the biggest just a tad over 1 inch , some area is 1.020 to 1.005 Mike
  23. well I would call it a German sparkler for sure and a super one at that ,as far as Oxblood well that is what that red would be called . we do call a lot oxblood if the color is a nice red , mostly the sparklers are a single flat insert , or as some would call a German cat eye . when they get expander they about the best for viewing , and if you want to get things going just call it a German Popeye , I got most of mine out the the bags hard to see in the bags and I had a few so sold some one the bay keeped one and show a lot of them . I love your marble . "Yes Euro sparkler, but "wild euro sparkler ",that does not sound good." so I think it should be call a hybrid German popeye , wonder if this will stick just do a search on the internet in a few days and see what showes up ?? Mike and yes today it is raining out side . Mike
  24. "If a Ford dealer installed it after it arrived from the factory, is that "after market"? yes that would be an after market , mine are glass and I think the ones in my pictures are also , had to be made where they mage glass shift knobs and they would also be after marker as they were not put on on the assembley line . Mike
  25. well it is not a shift knob but the end for a Boyce Moto Meter radiator cap . I think they were made in the 20's so any ideas as not a lot of companys out there at that time might als be newer bit made for cars in the 20's but it might be a after market ?/ Mike here is the one I have . it is about 1 7/16 in dia and the insert is 5/16 fine thread 5/16 -24
